Travis Dickerson

Travis Dickerson is a dedicated hitting instructor with a passion for developing confident, disciplined, and powerful hitters at every level. With a strong background in competitive baseball and years of hands-on coaching experience, Travis focuses on building fundamentally sound swings while helping players understand why they do what they do at the plate.

His instruction emphasizes proper mechanics, timing, plate approach, and mental confidence, tailoring each lesson to the individual athlete’s age, skill level, and goals. Whether working with young players just learning the game or advanced hitters preparing for the next level, Travis is committed to helping athletes maximize their potential through clear instruction, repetition, and accountability.

Travis also brings a unique perspective as the father of OU power hitter, Drew Dickerson, allowing him to understand player development from both a coaching and parent standpoint, with a strong emphasis on long-term growth, confidence, and love for the game.

Travis prides himself on creating a positive, high-energy learning environment where players are challenged, encouraged, and supported—both on and off the field.  

Matt Hall

Matt Hall is a former professional pitcher and experienced pitching instructor who brings firsthand knowledge from competing at the highest levels of the game. During his professional career, Matt played in Major League Baseball organizations including the Detroit Tigers, Boston Red Sox, and San Francisco Giants. Matt is currently the KC Monarch's pitching coach and the Lee's Summit West pitching coach.

Drawing on his professional experience, Matt focuses on developing confident, durable, and efficient pitchers. His instruction emphasizes proper pitching mechanics, arm care, velocity development, command, and repeatable movement patterns—while prioritizing long-term arm health.

Matt works closely with each athlete to create individualized development plans based on age, skill level, and goals. Whether helping young pitchers build a strong foundation or guiding advanced athletes preparing for the next level, Matt is passionate about teaching pitchers how and why their mechanics work so they can compete with confidence and continue improving over time.

Tim Akin

Hitting Instructor

Tim Akin is an experienced hitting instructor with a strong background in both collegiate baseball and player development. As a former collegiate baseball player, Tim brings firsthand knowledge of the discipline, preparation, and skill required to compete at the next level, using that experience to guide athletes through proper development and long-term growth. Tim 

Tim has extensive coaching experience working with players of varying ages and skill levels, focusing on building fundamentally sound swings, consistent mechanics, and a confident approach at the plate. His instruction emphasizes timing, bat-speed, and barrel control by creating proper movement patterns, while helping players understand why adjustments are made—not just how.

In addition to his playing and coaching experience, Tim also offers the valuable perspective of a baseball parent. As the father of collegiate athlete Jackson Akin (University of Minnesota), Tim understands the full journey of player development—from youth baseball through the recruiting process and into the collegiate game.


Known for his clear communication and positive coaching style, Tim creates an encouraging yet challenging environment where athletes can grow both technically and mentally. Whether working with young hitters building a foundation or advanced players refining their approach, Tim is committed to helping each athlete maximize their potential.
